Working collaboratively with both neighboring and broader communities at large, including, CBO's and churches, government agencies & officials and small businesses working under the banner of this alliance either as a WNBA member or affiliate, in order to develop and to implement programs & services that empower economically depressed communities, so as to affect economic & social improvements within these districts by way of both short and long-term projects.
